What details do I need to share?

Your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth (city/town), along with your question or the areas you'd like to discuss. You will enter these on the booking form shown after payment.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

Please share whatever you know — an approximate time or part of the day still helps. Naresh ji can discuss this with you during the consultation. Please note that without an accurate birth time, some parts of the reading may be less precise.

Phone or video — which should I choose?

Both work equally well. Choose whichever is more comfortable for you. The consultation is 30 minutes either way.

Which languages are consultations in?

Hindi and English.

When will my consultation happen?

Your kundli is studied in advance, so your call slot is available from 24 hours after booking. The exact time is agreed with you.

Can I get a refund?

The fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable. If the call can't happen at the agreed time, it can be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Full details are in the Terms & Refund Policy.

Will I be asked to buy gemstones or pujas?

No. Gemstones are not sold or recommended for purchase. Suggested remedies are simple and practical.

Are my birth details kept private?

Yes. Your birth details and questions are used only for your consultation and are never sold; they are shared only with the service providers that run bookings (Razorpay, Cal.com, Google). Payments are handled by Razorpay; this website does not store any payment data. See the Privacy Policy.

Is a follow-up consultation possible?

Yes. A follow-up is booked as a new consultation at the same fee (₹1,000 in India, USD 30 outside India).
